This bed has pride of place on the main patio and required a new planting scheme which took us away from the previous annual planting which was replenished yearly.
The main objective for this border was to provide the client with big summer colours of pinks, purples and whites which has been achieved by planting a mixture of Hydrangea paniculate ‘Little Limelight’, Salvia × sylvestris ‘Rose Queen’, David Austin ‘Scepter’d isle’ Bush Rose and Pervoskia ‘Little Spire’ to name a few!
With the addition of spring flowering tulips and summer Alliums the bed design certainly provides interest all summer long.
