Hortlands were employed to prepare the gardens of this beautiful private estate for an open day to the public in Spring. The main task was to trim the hedges, topiary and plants, and apply tonic nutrient treatments to ensure they all looked in tip top condition.
Our specialist Garden Medic is now annually contracted at this location to inspect and monitor the gardens, where applications of foliar feed and soil drenches are used to encourage healthy new growth of the plants. Pest and disease control are also carried out when required.

Hortlands have maintained this client's garden on the borders of Northwest London and Hertfordshire since 2018. The team work off of a bespoke schedule all year round, consisting of one visit a week in the summer months, and one visit per fortnight throughout winter.
