Hortlands' long-standing relationship with Cliveden House has awarded us with some exciting projects over the years.
We manage several commercial grounds in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Our commercial clients often require risk assessments and method statements before allowing trades on site.
Hortlands were contracted to implement a design by the award-winning Murdoch Wickham landscape architects, to this already beautiful garden. We helped create and bring the design to life with many areas of work covered.
A stunning estate in Beaconsfield that consists of a collection of large detached properties and a block of apartments. We maintain the formal estate gardens, roadways and front gardens of the houses.
Whilst the hotel underwent a major restoration, Hortlands started work along side the designer, James Ogilvy Landscapes, to help restore and transform the hotel's exterior.
A varied project that included the remodelling a large soil bund into a more decorative arrangement and a semi-mature tree relocation.
This stunning garden has many amazing features including a Buxus box hedge maze which needed to be pruned and shaped to keep the clear, crisp lines of the maze.
Hortlands were employed to prepare the gardens for an open day to the public in June. Hedges and topiary were trimmed and plant tonic nutrient treatments applied.
We supply weekly fresh flowers for the reception of The Relais Hotel in Henley on Thames.
This year we were asked to supply some subtle Christmas florals as a final touch to our clients Christmas interior displays.
